History of Kolelemook Shores Association
Kolelemook Shores Association is a non-profit organization located on the beautiful Kolelemook Lake in Springfield, NH.
KSA was first organized in 1985 with the purpose to maintain the two main roads leading to the lake and lower homes/lots and to continue to work toward a feasible plan for the future of these roads and other common property.
The association consists of 25 lots from Bowman Road, Homan Road, Lamson Lane and 50+ acres of preserved and protected land under the control of KSA. There's also a shared boat house at the end of Howman Road for access to lot owners that do not have lake frontage.
KSA and it's members, serve as a community to each other to enjoy the beauty of the lake and surroundings of the environment. July 4th holiday serving as one of the busiest days around the lake and for the Association, as many gather to celebrate, swim and enjoy the company of others, including the lighting of fireworks.
KSA's Homan Road and Lamson Lane are private access only roads down to homes, lots and the lake itself through the shared boat house area. With this not being part of the town public roadway, it offers an advantage not allowing anybody from the public to access. The shared boat house access offers non-lake frontage lots the ability to store equipment in a locked facility, a full dock with boat access and rafts.
